Deck 2

Having already removed the existing deck, this customer required a large, single level deck for family gatherings. We were asked to design and build this deck to a point where the customer could complete the closing in of the lower framework.

What we did:

• Designed and constructed deck
• Drilled and installed concrete piers 48” below grade
• Included two sets of stairs (one to the yard and one to the garage)
• Included and integrated seating and railing system
• Included a privacy screen
