In desperate need of renovation...
This bathroom was in desperate need of renovation after 38 years. The dark, diagonal tongue and groove paneling was definitely a hit in 1980! The vision was to create a bright beach feeling in the room in a way that invited you in rather than chased you out. Additionally, the owner wanted additional storage space, a slightly larger shower and a sense of space. The challenge was that we could not increase the footprint. Also, the shower could not go anywhere else due to the aggressively sloped ceiling and did we mention the walls are solid logs.
We achieved it all and won an award for it!
A renovation can be a very stressful time and the Spotlight team made me feel safe and comfortable from beginning to end.
