Project Overview
Expand the size of the second story bathroom...
The vision for this improvement was to expand the size of the second story bathroom to accommodate a sizeable shower and a vanity while retaining the original claw tub. This renovation presented some unique challenges given the Scandinavian scribed log structure. Nothing in this type of construction is plumb, level or square! Another challenge was the location of the spiral staircase to the mezzanine relative to the only possible location for the bathroom door.
The Spotlight team has communicated with us and the clients every step of the way...they are professional, very tidy, and they get the job done on time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home/cottage or renovate their current space!
