2022 PKHBA Award Winner
Spotlight Home and Lifestyle won Renovator of the Year, and Best Renovation Under $200,000 at the 2022 PKHBA Housing Design Awards held Thursday April 27th, 2023.
Spotlight Home and Lifestyle is honoured to have won a few more awards at this year's annual Peterborough & The Kawarthas Home Builders Association (PKHBA) Housing Design Awards, held Thursday, April 27, 2023.
1. Best Renovation under $200,000: We won this award for our Renewed Views project in Trent Lakes. This awarded is based on having the highest overall score for overall appeal, creative use of space, functionality of floorplan, innovative design and challenges that had to be overcome.
2. Renovator of the year: This is the third time Spotlight Home and Lifestyle has won this award. This competitive category is judged based on participation in the advancement of the industry, involvement in the community, and average of the two best scores from entries in other project categories.
3. David Horton Leadership Award: Spotlight Home and Lifestyle Founder and President, Garnet Northey won this award for the second time. This award is presented to someone for their industry involvement in the local community.
