After purchasing this home, the homeowners decided it was time for an update - a complete home renovation.
After purchasing this home, the homeowners realized they didn't like it. It didn't suit their style, and the workmanship and materials were poor. There was no closet in the master bedroom and none of the floors were level.
The homeowners didn't want to just update certain parts of their new house, they wanted to transform it from a house into their forever home with a complete remodel.
The goal of the project was to create the "WOW factor", by maximizing the view of the lake, creating a better flow from one space to the next, and ensuring high quality materials and craftsmanship.
A few of the bigger challenges were levelling the floors and restructuring the tall wall for the window reconfiguration.
By the time the project was completed, everything had been renovated including the kitchen, living areas, dining area, bathrooms, bedrooms, and even a custom garage.
Spotlight staff were excellent in helping me design a renovation that kept the original character of the house while replacing and modernizing all components. Staff were creative, excelled at high quality workmanship, and were excellent communicators.
