What was refreshing was his approach; Garnet asked us questions about how we wanted to use the space, inquired about our lifestyle and primarily wanted an understanding of our requirements. Quite a refreshing contrast to other contractors who ‘told’ us what they were going to build for us.

This renovation included the entire main floor of the home with a mandate to freshen up all surfaces, retain the existing maple cabinets only, and restructure to allow for the removal of the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room to create a more open, inviting kitchen for entertaining and day-to-day family interaction.
