Modernized Interior
The aim of this home renovation project was to provide the owners with a modernized interior living space, and update key elements of the aging exterior.
To achieve this we removed an existing addition and constructed a new larger addition with a full finished basement, deck and screened in porch. The original kitchen was painfully small, so we designed an open concept kitchen area that connected to the primary living areas of the home, including a dining area. We also added a powder room.
To address the exterior elements that were of concern we replaced the roof and all windows.
Great quality work and it was easy to work with Garnet, Mike and the Team. We were kept apprised of the progress of construction and the project came in on budget.
