Project Overview
Extremely efficient, healthier and more comfortable...
This contemporary custom home is designed and built to what is called “Net Zero Ready.” It’s extremely efficient, healthier and more comfortable than the way homes are usually built today. It represents best practices in construction, innovation in design, and the clean uninterrupted lines that define contemporary. Designed and positioned to capture the morning sun in the master bedroom and kitchen and to enjoy a glass of wine while watching a panoramic sunset in the evening.
What was refreshing was his approach; Garnet asked us questions about how we wanted to use the space, inquired about our lifestyle and primarily wanted an understanding of our requirements. Quite a refreshing contrast to other contractors who ‘told’ us what they were going to build for us.
